Before starting HighStrat, we spent years in enterprise procurement and technology. We've sat through the vendor calls, managed the spreadsheet chaos, and felt the frustration of trying to get visibility into spend across a global organization.
The tools we used were either too rigid for how procurement actually works, or so flexible they required armies of consultants to configure. Neither approach delivered the intelligence we needed to make strategic decisions.
So we started HighStrat with a clear thesis: procurement software should understand the complexity of enterprise buying without adding to it. It should surface insights, not just store data. And it should work the way procurement professionals actually think.
